About Madison
BSc, C.H.N.C. (Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant) with advanced training in mental health–informed nutrition and holistic culinary arts.
My journey into this work began through my own experiences with acne, hair loss, and skin issues, which led me to explore how hormones, stress, and nutrition are deeply interconnected. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, I help people understand patterns behind their symptoms and create realistic food and lifestyle practices that support long-term balance.
In addition to being a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, I’m also a certified yoga teacher with a deep appreciation for the mind–body connection and how stress, movement, and nervous system regulation influence overall health.
