A supportive, personalized path rooted in connection, nourishment, and real-life sustainability
You already hold the power to create positive change in your life — sometimes, you just need the right support, clarity, and encouragement to begin. My role is to walk alongside you on that journey, offering guidance that feels compassionate, realistic, and aligned with your unique needs.
As a holistic nutritional consultant, I see you as a whole person — not just a list of symptoms or goals. Your body, mind, and soul are deeply interconnected, and I believe that true wellness begins when we start listening to all three.
Through a detailed nutritional assessment, we explore how your lifestyle, eating habits, stress, sleep, and energy all influence your overall well-being. I take the time to truly get to know you — your struggles, your patterns, and your hopes — so we can co-create a plan that feels both supportive and achievable.
Nutrition is a powerful tool in preventative health. When we nourish the body with intention and care, we support every system — digestion, hormones, immunity, mood, and more. Everything in the body is connected, and small, consistent shifts in the way you eat and live can lead to lasting transformation.
Together, we focus on small, actionable changes that don't require an overhaul of your life. This isn't about restriction or perfection — it's about building a lifestyle that feels good, one simple step at a time.
You don’t have to do this alone. We are a team. And I’m here to support you with a plan that feels doable, personalized, and deeply rooted in the belief that you are capable of creating balance and vitality from the inside out.
About Madison
BSc, C.H.N.C. (certified holistic nutritional consultant), advanced certification in mental health, holistic culinary certification
My fascination with nutrition began long before I ever pursued it professionally. As a teenager struggling with severe acne, I remember looking around at girls with effortless, glowing skin and wondering why mine felt like a battle. With my mom’s support, I began exploring how food and ingredients could influence the way I felt. That curiosity opened the first door — but the puzzle pieces didn’t fully click yet.
In my twenties, I dealt with a lot more than skin concerns. I struggled with disordered eating cycles, binge-restrict patterns, and what I believed at the time were “just the way my body was.” I also leaned heavily on alcohol as a coping mechanism, and my mental health was not in a good place. Looking back now, I can see how so many of the things I called “personality traits” or “just me” were actually signs that my body and hormones were completely overwhelmed. I’m not saying mental health struggles aren’t real — of course they are — but I do believe we have far more influence than we realize in shifting how we feel day-to-day through nourishment, lifestyle, and creating safety in the body.
Later, during a period of eating vegan, I found myself doing deep dives into nutritional science, food systems, and ingredient transparency. I quickly realized how confusing and misleading our food landscape can be. Around the same time (not blaming veganism) I began experiencing significant hair thinning — something that was emotionally devastating. For a long while, I felt defeated. But slowly, through nourishment, supportive routines, and rebuilding trust with my body, my hair and scalp health began improving in ways that felt genuinely empowering.
My interest in holistic approaches only grew stronger, especially as I began noticing the gaps in conventional care and the lack of individualized support. This led me to pursue my certification as a Holistic Nutritional Consultant through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, followed by advanced certifications in mental health and holistic culinary arts. Understanding how the body systems interact — especially hormones, digestion, metabolism, and the nervous system — helped everything finally make sense.
Holistic Balance Nutrition was created as a reflection of my journey: a space rooted in education, compassion, and self-awareness. My purpose is to help women reconnect with their bodies, understand their symptoms instead of fearing them, and build confidence through nourishment rather than restriction. I believe every person is beautifully made — not broken — and that understanding your body on a deeper level is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself. Hormones, skin, hair, mood, metabolism… it’s all connected. And supporting that interconnectedness is at the heart of what I do.
